Seaside Cottage for 2 people on Kimito island, by the road Kasnäsintie. Car access without ferries.

Double convertible bed, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, TV, running cold water (in the winter to carry the water from the main building 50 meters), electric heating, fireplace, gas grill, separate ecological toilet and shower facilities.  Wood-heated sauna 1 time/day, 1,5 h. Rowing boat is freely available to use. Linens are negotiated separately. Laundry facilities. 20 meters to beach, 100 m from the nearest neighbor, P-place 15 m, center shops 7 km, 11 km to the spa.

No pets allowed. The cottage is not suitable for the disabled.

The cottage is available for rent all year round

1 day 120 €

Rental day starts at 14.00 and ends the next day at 11.00 am. The excess time must be agreed separately with the landlord and will be charged 10 € / starting hour. The use of the private wood-heated sauna is 1 time / day,1,5 h. An extra sauna session is charged 15 €, 1,5 h.

For a surcharge:

linen + towels total of 10 € / person

laundry facilities 5 € / time

On request:

final cleaning 20 €, unless the customer do not do the final cleaning( does not include washing up the dishes).
